The puppy/dog must carry "Roundmeadow" as the prefix of the registered name. All puppies will be sold with "limited" registration. | |
|
A deposit will be made toward the purchase of the above described puppy/dog and will be applied to the full purchase price. Full payment must be made at time of delivery of said puppy/dog. If the Purchaser does not accept the puppy/dog at time of delivery, the deposit will be refunded when said puppy/dog has been resold. If, after the delivery is made and all monies are paid, the Purchaser returns the puppy/ dog, monies will be refunded by the Seller or the new Purchaser when a new home has been determined. | |

NO LATER THAN thirty-six (36) months of age, if the puppy/dog is diagnosed and documented by the Purchaser's licensed Veterinarian, and verified by the Seller's licensed Veterinarian, to have a genetic defect of the hip(s), elbow(s) or eye(s), another puppy will be provided or the purchase price refunded at the discretion of the Seller. | |
